Dana Wilkey, who appeared as a “friend” during season 2 of The real housewives of Beverly Hills has become very slippery on the divorce of Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi. Wilkey has been digging through court documents and transcripts and believes the couple is broken.
“There’s no money,” Wilkey said of the Behind Velvet rope with David Yontef podcast. “I mean, let’s be very clear. Tom never went to Erika, ‘Listen, there’s no way I’m going to get away with what’s happening to me. ‘”
“It’s not like it was, ‘I have this Swiss account somewhere I got, you know, I hid my property,'” she continued.
“When you are at this stage of problems with a lawsuit involving companies like Boeing, your bank statements will be scrutinized in all directions to some extent. Again, I think there is no mobile money. Like an imaginary TV show, CSI, whatever it is, to get away from it. ”
Girardi has been accused of sending millions of dollars from the victims of a plane crash shortly after the couple announced their divorce. Settlement money donated to the families of the Lion Air plane crash in 2018 instead lined up Girardi’s pocket. Apparently that money was used to fund Jayne’s enjoyable lifestyle.
Dana Wilkey believes that Tom Girardi hid what he was doing from Erika Jayne… for a while
Wilkey doesn’t think treasure came up as a conversation between Girardi and Jayne. “In fact, I’d say it looks like he’s been hiding from her for a while,” she said.
“But what worries me about the situation is that Girardi Financial was one of the companies involved in some of this great stuff,” she said. “And Girardi Financial has named Erika as secretary and director of the company. ”
“If he invested $ 20 million through a company she was involved with. And then there was another company she was involved in, they want to ask Erika’s question, ”she continued. “What did he tell you were these funds for or from, right? She needs to find an answer to that because you have a duty of confidence as a company director to ask that question. ”
