Lorelai broke her leg while attending a yoga class
Sookie St. James is known as the tragic half in Lorelai and Sookie’s team, but apparently Lorelai injured herself as well. Fans just didn’t see it happen on the show very often. In season 1, Emily noticed a picture of Lorelai on luggage. Lorelai explained that she had broken her leg while attending a yoga class. She explained that the injury occurred when a terrible hand injury occurred. The junk food diet was very much against fitness, so the idea of taking a yoga class is a bit funny on its own.
Lorelai lived in a potting shed for several years after he reached Stars Hollow
Lorelai grew up in a luxury mansion in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. The house was so big that it would have been easy not to cross paths with another occupant for a whole day. The place that Lorelai shared with Rory was much smaller and much brighter than the one in which she grew up. Even her small home was a renovation from where she started after leaving her parents ’home, however.

It is not known if the pair lived in the pot shed until they bought their house or rented a larger space before buying their home.
Lorelai was supposed to attend Vassar College and apparently intended to do so
Being a teenage mother was not just in Richard and Emily’s plan for their only child back in the 1980s. However, that is what came to an end. If she hadn’t been pregnant, left home with her baby, and taken a life 30 minutes away from her own Connecticut upbringing, there was a road she was about to take. Lorelai was going to attend college and was then expected to get married.

LOVE: ‘Gilmore Girls’: Lorelai Gilmore has never attended Yale
Rory went to attend Richard ‘s alma mater, but that was not his intention for Lorelai. At a candid moment, she revealed that her parents expected her to attend Vassar College and marry someone who graduated from Yale. Vassar is a liberal arts college in New York. Lorelai was tough enough to get into Yale. Richard once said that she is the brightest student in her class. It does not mention why she did not intend to be in the Ivy League.
