Uncle Jesse’s name changed a few times throughout ‘Full House’

The change from “Adam” to “Jesse” was not the only time this character’s name changed. At the start of season 2, at Stamos ‘request, Uncle Jesse’ s name changed again.

This time, his last name went from “Cochran” to “Katsopolis,” reflecting a proud Greek-American heritage. However, “Jesse” is not technically even the main name of this character.
