Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were out on the road for Shelton’s trip when the pandemic forced them to close down in March. The couple immediately went to his Oklahoma runway to quarantine. Over the next six months, she spent time with her children, learned new things, and released song number one on the country music albums. Luckily for fans, they shared it entirely on social media. 5. Blake Shelton’s Birthday
according to The Show today, Stefani described her time in quarantine with Shelton as a “magical” experience. She revealed that they had learned how to make sourd bread, and planted a garden as well.
To celebrate Shelton’s birthday on June 18, Stefani posted a cute photo of her Shelton kiss on the cheek. In the caption she wrote, “happy birthday @blakeshelton thank u for being my best friend 🥳🎂gx #luckyme. ”
4. Going back to California
In September, the couple finally returned to their new home in California. To mark the time he left quarantine in Oklahoma, Shelton posted a sweet photo of the couple making music together. In the caption, he wrote, “I have my home wherever your heart is.”
3. I Could Be ‘Happy Anywhere’
This summer, Shelton and Stefani released another duet with the title Happy anywhere. The couple release video for the song they burned on the Shelton range. There were also clips of home videos taken in their five years together.
In the first week of August, the song hit number one on the iTunes all-genre chart and on the Country Digital Song Sales card. During its first week, the song garnered 45 million streams and 60,000 U.S. track equivalents.
