Captain Lee Rosbach from Below Deck he usually does not hold back when angry with a member of the crew. But former senior steward Kate Chastain said one famed team (and guests) should look for that as Rosbach prepares to blow.
She made the look during Below is Galley’s desk conversation when a number of their favorite crew members appeared about a recent program. Rosbach appeared in the doorway keeping his radio on, and that was when Chestnut left about how she knows when Rosbach is getting angry.
“If he’s here in his head, it means he’s pissed,” she said on a television show where Rosbach puts the radio in his head. “If he’s out on a deck turned by the antenna, he wants to make sure you’re doing what you should be doing.”
Rosbach was seen pushing the radio in his head when Chief Steward Francesa Rubi approached him in tears. He may also use this movement when he is generally stressed or tempted.

One intoxicated guest decides to go for a midnight swim and confronts Rosbach when he orders her back on the boat.

Rosbach and the guest have a spicy exchange while spitting water. She tries to appeal to his softest side, asking him if he is angry with her. The guest then tells him that she has paid for this holiday. “I will not give you what you paid,” he said.
He returns to the table where the rest of the guests are waiting for him. “I hate to tell you this, but your card is over,” he tells the guests. “She’s in the water. She is drunk. And she won’t come out. We’re going back to the dock because I can’t stand this. ”
