‘Below Deck’: Captain Lee Reveals the Real Reason Why He Let Chef Rachel Return

Although chef Rachel Hargrove was from Below Deck left the crew in a pin, Captain Lee Rosbach could have refused to allow her back on the boat, especially after she said the guests could go f ** k themselves and other displays.

But Rosbach was between a rock and a hard place. The team picked up a charter in a matter of hours. But Rosbach also said he doesn’t write a team member quickly, especially when showcasing the kind of talent he saw coming from Hargrove.

He answered questions about his return on Twitter but also shared his thoughts in his blog. Some people questioned why Rosbach gave Hargrove another chance. “I’m really looking forward to the 2nd opportunity and to repurchase. This one is no different to me, ”he replied to a fan Twitter. He also told another Twitter user that he was not going to make the guests suffer to prove a point by not letting Hargrove return on the boat.

It is clear that Captain Lee made the right move

Rosbach was willing to let Hargrove return and did more than just impress the guests. She also knew that the passage to Rosbach’s heart was through his stomach and she made sure he took in her special French toast one morning as well.

He also acknowledged that Hargrove had been overwhelmed by the news of COVID-19 (coronavirus) along with the widespread requests for an option page.
