Veteran Nollywood actor, Dan Nkoloagu is dead

Some Nigerian celebrities mourn the passing of the late American broadcaster Larry King who died on Saturday morning, January 23, at the age of 87.

The celebrities took to their Instagram hands to pay homage and mourn the ace broadcaster who contributed so much to American Journalism.

Veteran Nollywood actress Joke Silva wrote on her page with the image of broadcaster “Rest well Larry King. You were the king of interviews. Always polite, always listening. ”

Renowned comedian Gbenga Adeyinka said, “Myths do not die, they move to glory. Rest in peace Larry King. ”

Ace Comedian, Atunyota Akpobome, known as “Alibaba” lamented the late broadcaster, saying “Rest on” with King’s picture on display.

King was reported to have battled health problems over the years, such as prostate cancer and type two diabetes.

Recall that he contracted the coronavirus earlier in January.

King began as a Florida local journalist and radio interviewer in the 1950s and 1960s and gained publicity starting in 1978 as a host of The Larry King Show, an all-night call-in radio program. on the Mutual Broadcast System from 1985 to 2010.

He hosted the nightly television program Larry King Live interview on CNN.

His works have been recognized with awards including two pews, an Emmy award and ten cable Ace awards.
