Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has called on mothers and women in the country to match naked and protest the killing of youths in the society.
The call comes as a result of alleged gunfire at Lekki Tollgate and elsewhere in Lagos.
Men from the Nigerian Army reportedly opened fire on protesters after announcing a 24hours curfew with Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwolu.
But the Army has denied its troops were present at the incident.
Responding, Ice Prince wrote on Twitter, “I urge mothers, grandmothers, women to come out for us as soon as possible. Look, I recommend ‘naked’ because that has always worked through history. ”
