The ruling of the popular American rapper, Earl Simmons, often referred to as DMX, has dispelled rumors that the rapper is dead.
DAILY POST had reported that the 50-year-old man was taken to a hospital in White Plains, New York, Friday night after suffering a heart attack caused by too many drugs.
However, DMX’s death continued on social media Thursday night after comedian Luenell Campbell posted a message on her Instagram story suggesting the rapper’s death.
Responding, DMX manager Steve Rifkind clarified in a video through his Instagram account that the fifty-year-old man is still on life support.
“I would like to argue that everyone should stop posting these rumors.
“DMX is still alive. Yes, it’s life support, but hey, it doesn’t help anyone to get them to see these false rumors.
“The family rested for a night,” he said.
He also confirmed that the rapper’s family will publish a statement today.
