Willow Smith has grown up before our eyes. She is no longer the little girl who makes cameos in her father’s movies or to be named mini-Rihanna for her pop songs. Instead, she has found her own sound and voice.
However, like everyone else, her life shifted dramatically amid coronary virus pandemic (COVID-19). As a way to deal with the ever-changing world, she picked up one healthy habit.

Although Smith is an artist and a musician, all her live performances as well as those with her band, The Anxiety, have been postponed amidst the pandemic. However, that did not stop the “Whip My Hair” singer from using her voice effectively.
Smith has been vocal in advocating for the Black Lives Matter movement and encouraging others to vote. She and her mother and grandmother have also continued filming their acclaimed series, Red Table Conversation safely where they discuss a wide range of topics.
Smith has also spent time working on both new and old music. She recently shared a video of herself on Instagram when she played Miley Cyrus in 2010 “Who Owns My Heart.” on the guitar.
Social media got awful for Willow Smith in quarantine
Like many of us, Smith turned to social media as a way to connect with friends, loved ones, and the world at large when she was involved inside. However, with so much going on in the world, it wasn’t long before Smith discovered something terrible.
“We all spend so much more time at home, so naturally we’re going to look at our electronics, and that can be a good thing,” she said. Vogue. “Like many, I have been connecting with friends and family. Social media allows us to share information about the Black Lives Matter movement, or add vital resources to our stories or profiles about things going on in the world. It has made people aware and the ways to take action, which they would not have if they had not been seen on the timeline or the food. ”Said Smith,
The negative part of social media is that it can create feelings of inadequacy – we need to explore the destructive and destructive aspects that social media can bring into our lives, especially when we used as a crutch in times of uncertainty.
Willow Smith says this healthy exercise helped her in quarantine
Taking a step back from social media, Smith turned to a different use among quarantines that helped her focus and succeed. To get a proper understanding of what she was feeling during this time, Smith recounted it all. She explained to him Vogue,
I picked up bullet magazines [a way of tracking your habits, moods, goals, workouts and health] to dive deeper into the idea of self-awareness – my consciousness. After that, I felt as if I could see these patterns in myself, in terms of my mental health as well as the physical. At times you don’t realize important, subtle changes in your inner life when you’re not really paying attention.
