The reunion brought Will Smith and Janet Hubert ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ back together

Will Smith and Janet Hubert worked together for three seasons of Prince Fresh Bel-Air before she left the show altogether. He was replaced by Daphne Maxwell Reid for the remainder of the series. When the team came together in the 30 years since the series began, Hubert was the only actor left out. When she returned through the reunion, she gave a little glimpse of what life was like after she left Fresh Prince.

“You don’t know anything,” she told Smith at the next meeting. “He was crazy.”

The Red Table Conversation, “Taking Smith’s Red Record: Resolving Conflict,” will air on Friday, November 20, 2020, at 9 a.m. PT / 12f ET only on Facebook Watch. Hubert and Smith will work together to resolve the “bitter, 30-year controversy.”
