Why Saweetie Is Upset About Her Collaboration With Doja Cat

As she prepares for the release of her long-awaited studio album, Music Pretty B * tch, Saweetie has been giving fans a taste of what to expect through singles and guest collaborations. The latest offer at the time of this writing is the “Doja Cat-backed best friend”, but shortly after its release, Saweetie jumped to social media with a critical tweet along the way. Here’s why she’s upset and what she said online.

Saweetie and Doja Cat’s collaboration is long overdue

Saweetie said Hollywire in February that she had collaborated with Doja Cat. She wouldn’t offer much more than that, but she told the store that it would feature on her list, which was originally released for the 2020 message.

She mentioned in follow-up tweets that the label even put out the wrong version of the song and damaged the campaign she had planned for the single. “We put so much work into the scene and burned for days for this cinematic girl hymn. And for this to happen? wow…. ”She said another message.

The label has yet to publicly address her tweets, but it appears the song has since been removed from the internet.

How to listen to a Saweetie and Doja Cat song

For those who didn’t get a chance to hear the track, you may be able to listen when Saweetie drops on its track. She has not yet given a release date, but she said WCGI Morning Show at the end of November it now plans to release in the “first quarter” of 2021.
