J-Hope won a few other nicknames from BTS fans
Although it has an official platform name, J-Hope has been given several other nicknames by the BTS ARMY. Because of its bright and often “sunny” location, some BTS fans nicknamed J-Hope “Sunshine.” Others often refer to it as “J-Dope” or “J-Nope,” a play on the idol’s official stage name.
According to fans on Quora, fans also gave him the “Golden Hyung” tag, similar to the Jungkook nickname, the “Golden Maknae.” (These names usually come from J-Hope’s talent, whether through dancing, rapping, writing or singing.) However, when this player introduces himself at interviews, as it usually uses the official name of the platform.
