Ged Ariana Grande singing about her romance with her boyfriend Dalton Gomez on her sixth studio album, Careers, was not her only motivation. The artist explained how her mother, Joan Grande, influenced her over the years, especially when it comes to the title of the album and her lead single.

Although she is famous as a singer, Ariana does a lot more than that. Not only does she bring out her famous songs, but she adds lyrics and preparation for them. In addition, she is a through and through player, arranging performances with graceful dance.

In honor of her single, “Career,” Zach Sang exhibitionThe anonymous host asked Ariana about the various “careers” she has in her life. “I do songs sometimes,” she replied. She continued, “I’m a dog mum. I am an editor, producer, voice arranger, writer, dancer, friend, sister, daughter, lover. ”

‘Careers’ is an example of her controlled career

The musician explained that while she collaborates with songwriters like her friend Tayla Parx, she makes decisions at the end of the day. “I do a lot, and it’s like I have an amazing team, and I work with a lot of really good people,” she told Sang. “But I am in control of every scene. I call every scene. I have control over every little thing. ”

Ariana continued. “I never used to, and I used to, be able to give things away and trust people with other things. And then it would be very wrong, ”she said. So while “Careers”, on the surface, is about a relationship, it represents her whole mindset. “Now, the only option is to literally fill every position,” she concluded.

There is one person in Ariana’s life that helped her come to that conclusion. “I’m looking after my mother,” she told Sang of Joan. “My mum is a Chief, an engineer, mum. The strongest, baddest b * tch in the world. And I think I learned a lot from her because she does everything too. ”

Joan is president of Hose-McCann Communications. “She has an amazing company, and she has amazing staff and great engineers who manufacture marine communication equipment all day,” said her daughter. Ariana continued, “She has to agree to every call, every scene, every situation. She plays them all. ”

Joan Grande expresses public support for her daughter

Joan is not only a powerful activist by herself, but she supports a girl in musical endeavors. “Great music and amazing sounds, which will take you on a deep dive deep into the heart & soul of a beautiful woman,” Joan wrote Twitter when Careers fell. “Brava Ariana! I smile, I laugh, I cry, and I wonder about your art! ”

Upon the release of the single, Joan backed up her daughter’s message, writing, “SO PROUD OF YOU !! Yes, women can do it all! ”And when it finished at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, she wrote on it Twitter, “Incredible! Ariana, you are an elegant, strong woman. I am so proud of you. My love… and respect!
