Actor Ethan Hawke’s thoughts on superhero movies a few years ago were revealed in January 2021 after news of his cast in Marvel Cinematic Universe the project broke. And while many are excited to see them inside Knight of the Moon, others find him against each other that he has signed after what he said.
Ethan Hawke is best known for films such as ‘Boyhood’
Hawke began acting in the ’80s. To break into Society of Dead Bards leading to star roles in Fang white, Bites Reality, and Gattaca in the ’90s. But it was the ’00s that really gave the film a house name. Hawke recently made his way to the small screen with the miniseries The Good Lord ‘s Bird, which he co-created.

He is reported to be joining the MCU with ‘Moon Knight’
Hawke’s latest project was announced on January 15, 2021. According to Hollywood Reporter, he will play the villain in the Disney + series Knight of the Moon, opposite Oscar Isaac. “It is not clear who Hawke would play, but Moon Knight’s archnemesis is a spokesman named Bushman,” the publication wrote.
Knight of the Moon was originally referred to as the Expo 2019 D23 as part of the second wave of a series connected to MCU for the streaming service. The series follows Marc Spector, who Marvel President Kevin Feige described as a “mercenary left for dead in the Egyptian wilderness” who may or may not have been taken to into your powers. ”
Hawke calls superhero films ‘big business’
While Hawke has appeared in both major and independent budget films, he has a soft spot for classic cinema. He lamented the current state of the industry in a 2018 interview Film Stage, says of one Marvel story, “big business wants you to think this is a good movie.”
“Now we have the problem that they are telling us Logan is a unique film. Well, it’s a great superhero movie. It still involves people in tension with metal coming out of their hands, ”said Hawke. “I went to look Logan causing everyone to say, ‘This is a good movie’ and I was like, ‘Really?
