Hargitay and Hermann have three children together. according to Iris Us, they welcomed a son together, named August, in 2006. The couple then adopted two children in 2011, Amaya and Andrew.
In an interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan back in 2019, Hargitay revealed that she makes her family the most fun for Halloween every year.
“Well, we’re big on Halloween,” said Hargitay. “Oh yes. We are hard. ”
“Do you make family clothes? Kelly asked Ripa.
“Oh yes,” said Hargitay. She even shows some pictures of herself and her family dressed up for Halloween in previous years. Dressing up as a family for a holiday that they share as a family seems like a sweet tradition, although 2019 was a little different.

However, Hargitay’s son, August, said he would not take part in 2019. “So this year, the littles, as we call the littles, decided they wanted to be Descendants. Hargitay talks about adoption
