Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been pretty amazing 2020.

The year began with the signal winger leading his team to victory after winning the playoffs before winning the franchise’s first Super Bowl. The athlete then signed a contract extension in July worth approximately $ 500 million. In September, NFL star and longtime girlfriend Brittany Matthews got engaged and later announced that they are expecting their first child together.

The Chiefs are ready to run another Super Bowl this season, but December is no time to prepare for the playoffs. It’s also about the holidays so Mahomes was asked what his favorite Christmas movie is. This is the classic film of his choice, as well as the craziest thing he has ever seen from one of his fans.

What is Mahomes’ favorite Christmas movie?

In his weekly hospitality place on KCSP Sports Radio 610‘s The Drive, a signal speaker with Carrington Harrison and Sean Levine was asked to share his favorite Christmas movie.

“I’ve never been so fond of Christmas movies but I appreciate them,” he said, adding, “I was a huge fan. Home on their own rising up. Just being a young kid that movie was definitely a classic.

“I saw Christmas Holidays and all here lately … I really enjoyed it too but if I had to pick just one, it might be Home on their own. ”

Mahomes is currently in a bit of a Twitter battle with his teammates

Recently, a few Chiefs players changed their avatars to some lesser-looking images of their players from their high school or college days. Mahomes explained on The Drive that this all started with permission from wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

“It was actually Tyreek, that guy was very funny on social media,” Mahomes said.

“You don’t know who I’ll get but I knew I was coming at some point and I’m glad I’m the only one with a skull cap, that’s a fashion trend I have to bring back. here sooner rather than later, ”said the athlete, referring to his teammate Mecole Hardman ‘s new photo of him wearing a skull cap during his high school days at Whitehouse, Texas.
