Woods learned how to turn negative into positive
Working through persistent criticism and judgment is not easy, but Woods has found that talking through trials and sorrows is what helps you the most.

“Working out was a great tool in my mental health and wellbeing,” she said. “Losing my father, I didn’t know where to turn or what to do, and fitness became my cure.
