Jennifer Aniston alternates between three main breakfasts

In a 2016 interview with Bon appetit, the The morning show a star broke down its morning climate. The beginning of that routine is a nutritious breakfast. The 51-year-old explained the foods she usually sticks to, and they are either high in berries, or high in protein. Either way, she makes sure she gets a lot of nutrition first thing in the morning.

“I have three differences,” Aniston said. “Sometimes it’s a smoothie – bananas, cherries, protein powder of some kind, almonds, cocoa powder, and all sorts of other weird antioxidants that I can’t remember – with almond milk. ”

The other two foods include laying extra eggs where you would not expect them to.

“Other times I have eggs that are too easy,” Aniston explained. “I slice them into a bowl and put a couple of whites into that and pour it into the pan so that more protein sans too old yolk. I’ll have that with avocado toast topped with olive oil and salt and pepper. ”

The star went on to detail about her third favorite breakfast option, which shows that he shouldn’t doubt Aniston’s egg love.

“Oatmeal is the alternative with egg whites added at the end,” she said.

Oatmeal and egg whites are usually two separate breakfast items. But the actress likes to throw that extra protein into her diet for a good measure.

When not focusing on high-protein breakfasts, she takes advantage of “homemade, excellent, smooth tortilla chips” dipped in guacamole.

“If we’re trying to be good, what’s the point of getting chips at all? ”She said. “But I like salsa on everything. I love Mexican food in general. ”

Other foods she likes to include are other foods that require eggs to collect.

“Pasta is the only one I like to make,” Aniston said. “The one I do all the time is follow carbon. On the pasta, I add eggs, cheese, turkey bacon, and some red onion and garlic. It’s simple – no cream, no butter, no oil, nothing. Sometimes I add a little pasta water if needed. “

She doesn’t always choose turkey bacon for the Italian classic (and she also doesn’t go in butter and oil all the time – she said in the interview that she chooses butter over oil any day) .

As she said, “Our friend brought over a beautiful new bag and we went full boat on our usual lean carbon. He was very religious. ”

Suffice it to say, if you’re making food with eggs in it, Aniston will be there for you.
