Jennifer Aniston likes to stick to a plan. The Friends alum has always been passionate about healthy eating and exercise, and part of its eating philosophy is as a rotating meal plan of all three breakfasts.

Aniston doesn’t waste time in the morning. She said Well + Math in 2018 it is a quick process to wake up and meet its basic needs.
“If I work, I’m up at 4:30, 5 am If not, between 8 and 9 in the morning, because I’m a late man – I push,” she said. “But usually when I wake up, I make a normal cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in it.”
“Then I wash my face – my face regime is just soap and water to wake me up, then some sort of Aveeno daily moisturizer with SPF,” she continued. “It’s tidy. I will never stay too long anywhere, to be honest; things have to be as easy as possible [for me]. And when I’m on film I don’t have time to be a hobbyist, so then my normal routine gets energized. ”
Probably that’s why she alternates between the same three breakfast meals each morning.

“I have three differences,” she said. “Sometimes it’s a smoothie – bananas, cherries, some sort of protein powder, almonds, cacao powder, and all sorts of other weird antioxidants that I can’t remember – with almond milk. ”
The other two foods specifically target eggs. She even throws eggs to unexpected places.
“Other times I have eggs too easy – I chop them into a bowl and put a couple of whites into that and pour it into the pan so that more protein sans too old yolk,” said Aniston. “I’ll have that with avocado toast topped with olive oil and salt and pepper. The other option is oatmeal with egg whites added at the end. ”
Oatmeal and egg whites? Okay, Jen! It’s good that she’s getting that protein in, though, considering the next part of her practice as a workout.
“Then I go to work of some sort,” she told Well + Good. “I have a trainer, an amazing woman who does this spin-yoga class [with]. We spin for half an hour, then do yoga for 40 minutes. That is very intense. Then I go to a gym, where I do strength training or just do my own thing on the treadmill, on the bike, or on the elliptical, just to change things up. It’s always important for me to keep your body through. “
“The treadmill can be hard!” the star followed. “If I watch television I can’t run, because I have to focus on what I’m listening to. [So] it’s usually music. And it’s great to get sprints in, to get into that interim training, because it’s monotonous to do one pace. All the while your body goes, ‘I know what’s going on…’ It’s good to pump up and then bring it down. ”
Before any exercise or diet, Aniston makes sure to use some transgender meditation, and she may be considering new ways to incorporate eggs into her diet.
