Goldie Hawn’s Favorite Green Juice Recipe Only Has 4 Ingredients

Goldie Hawn loves her green juice. The Over board alum is a normal creature when it comes to her eating habits, just like her daughter, Kate Hudson. Both stars adhere to a philosophy of eating what makes you feel good, and for Hawn, that means a daily dose of her favorite green juice.

Goldie Hawn’s favorite green juice recipe is so simple

Hawn is so fond of this drink, she once said in a BuzzFeed interview is her biggest peeve when she doesn’t have enough around. The 75-year-old has also flushed over the juice in previous interviews on and off her Instagram.

“I drink my green juice every day!” Hawn told once People.

What Hawn loves about the drink is that it is simple and full of nutrition, as she does not like to combine many foods at once (which seems like more of an option than a health hack).

“I don’t mix too much of my food,” she continued. “So if I want protein like that I’ll eat a bowl of lentils, I won’t mix it with a handful of stuff.”

The recipe is very self-explanatory, as it contains leafy greens thrown in a juicer, according to Good housekeeping. To make it, combine cabbage, celery, parsley, and green pepper in a juicer, and it will form a base.

Kate Hudson learned a lot about wellness from Goldie Hawn

For the rest of her fitness routines, Hawn likes to make sure she exercises every day, even though she’s not married to hitting the gym for an hour every day.

“If I don’t have an hour, I’ll do 15 minutes,” Hawn told people. “It simply came to our notice then. If you tax yourself too much in an hour, you are taxing a lot of things. ”

“I try to be positive and very active,” she said. “I walk every day and I run and do all those kinds of things. ”

The First Ladies Club alum also shared some parenting wisdom she has acquired over the years. When it comes to trying to promote healthy habits in your children and grandchildren, Hawn said it is pointless to try to tell them anything.

“You can’t give your children anything,” she said. “The only thing you can do is be an example, a living example. No one, no children never listen to the words! They listen to what they see and do. That’s the key. ”

Hudson seems to have certainly learned from her mother ‘s example, and not just because she was the founder of Fabletics. She also likes to make her own food that doesn’t mix a lot of ingredients. In an interview with 2017 by SELF, the Almost famous alum shared her favorite “chicken with nothing” recipe, which requires almost no seasoning.

“When you generously add salt and put it in the oven at 450, for 20 minutes on one side and then 20 minutes on the other, and you take it out, it’s perfect,” she said. “You don’t need anything else. It’s so good and so easy. ”

So, just to collect things: Hawn’s favorite recipe requires four ingredients, and Hudson’s favorite recipe requires three. As a mother, as a daughter.
