Did Miley Cyrus Tease the Theme of Her Dua Lipa Collaboration ‘Prisoner’ a Month Ago?

Miley Cyrus’ latest music video, “Prisoner,” features artist Dua Lipa. The two singers have known each other for a while now, and their collaboration was expected. But Cyrus may have taken his followers praise for the music video in October 2020 – they’re just getting it done now.

After months of anticipation, Cyrus announced that she had her seventh studio album, Plastic hearts, scheduled to be released on November 27, 2020. The album comes three years later Younger now and a year and a half after her latest EP, She is coming, which was supposed to be the first of three.

“Most of the music still belonged to my colleagues who were burned up in magazines / computers full of songs for the EP series I was working on at the time,” Cyrus explained in note to her fans. “But it was never right to release” my story “(all successive autobiographies) with a much-needed BIG chapter.”

The artists shared a teaser with fear of a zombie jump

After that photo, Cyrus confirmed that Lipa’s collaboration was imminent. On November 13, two weeks earlier Plastic hearts’ release date, the singer shared the menu. There are 12 songs, including album No. 4: “Prisoner feat. Dua Lipa. ”And that was just the beginning.

On November 18, 2020, Cyrus and Lipa shared the teaser for their “Prisoner” music video, appearing the next day. There is no music – instead, it features the two stars dancing and eating cherries. They are covered in what looks more like blood than juice. The sound of a heartbeat plays throughout, and at the end, a zombie screams.

Cyrus covered the song Cranberries ‘Zombie’

Those who watched the teaser may have surprised the zombie. But it could also be a link for another song on the album. In October 2020, Cyrus performed the famous Cranberries song “Zombie” at a major fundraising event. It went viral, and the alt-rock band suggested she take the tune.

After his accomplishment, Cyrus released “Zombie” to streaming services. In addition to her original songs, the cover accompanies another, “Heart of Glass” Plastic hearts. While Cyrus may not make a music video for these covers, she may have found a way to wake up at “Zombie” with the gory video “Prisoner”.
