There are many ways to measure the success and status of a celebrity. It’s probably in how many Oscars they won. Maybe it’s in how many Instagram followers they have. One measure is how reputable they feature magazine cover. Finding the hidden place on some of the craziest magazines in the world has been a signal to be great. Appearing on the cover of the Vogue certainly an honor that many celebrities would be happy to have. Harry Styles recently grabbed this famous milestone, and its memorable appearance draws comparisons to another image-covering photoshoot.
Harry Styles became famous with One Direction
Harry Styles gained fame as a member of the popular pop band One Direction. The band won high praise for their popular songs, which were often influenced by tunes first recorded in the 1960s and 1970s. Of course, Styles believes Fleetwood striker Mac Stevie Nicks is a big influence, and she’s very fond of Styles as well.
The band consisted of Styles and Neil Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik. They were primarily participants in the reality television series The X Factor, and their fandom grew to huge proportions after their debut in 2010. Unfortunately, the band hit rocky times and had a rather difficult split in 2016. Fans may still be hope to reunite, but with several members pursuing successful one-on-one careers and little activity from them as an organization, it seems unlikely.
Harry Styles has made waves with his fashion choices
Arguably the most successful solo artist from One Direction, Styles has certainly made a splash in the world of music since it began on its own. It’s even different from breaking into the unearned Rolling Stone a list of 500 songs just after his album was released. The music magazine was a compliment to Styles’ list Fine line, states that the musician “keeps his claim as one of the most exciting musical minds of his generation” with the release of the album.
It’s not just music that Styles gets its fans for, though. It is also famous for its fashion choices. He often appears in an edgy look that contradicts ideas about gender barriers in the fashion world, and hints at his childhood days of dressing up with his sister as inspiration.
Harry Styles Vogue cover reminds fans of Brad Pitt ‘s cover photo
Styles recently made a modern take on the Vogue cover. His appearance was not without controversy. He took with him his signature style, and the ball gown he wore was feathered by Conservative reporter Candace Owens who lamented that his choice of clothing was a “total attack” on the “Duine manly. ”Mar BuzzFeed explaining, fans got nothing out of it and quickly went back and forth saying that Styles didn’t need or care about Owens ’idea.
At the same time, some fans stressed the controversy by saying that Styles was not the first high-profile man to appear on a magazine cover in a dress. In 1999 – at the height of his heart days – Brad Pitt appeared on the cover at Rolling Stone smoking a cigarette while wearing a heavy printed dress. Pitt certainly looked on a darker tone than the fun Styles man, but fans are quick to point out that the choice to play against gender stereotypes in those times of high-profile attention is a must. ‘has connected these two men over decades.
