From 2002 – 2004, Mount Affleck and Jennifer Lopez was the most public couple in Hollywood. Reporters called them “Bennifer” and even engaged. The coverage wasn’t always great, and it got worse after they broke up. With 17 years to go, Affleck can look back on the better times.
Affleck was a guest on The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards speaker podcast on January 14 to discuss his career in The way back. Affleck thought of the publicity about his relationship with Lopez, something he later reconnected with Jennifer Garner and Ana de Armas.
Ben Affleck liked Jennifer Lopez ‘s work ethic
Affleck is pleased that the media and public have now turned around Lopez. Her hard work was one of the things that appealed to him when they were dating.
Now it’s as if she’s full of respect and admiration for the work she’s done, where she came from, what she’s achieved as well as she should have been. I can see her achievements. I’d say you have a better chance from the Bronx of ending up as Sotomayor on the Supreme Court than you do with Jennifer Lopez’s career and being who she is at 50 years old today. Not that one has more value, but that just on a pure level, on real hard work, I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who worked harder than Jennifer Lopez.

Jennifer Lopez reminded Ben Affleck of the girls back home
Affleck said going around Lopez felt very natural to him. The media made great news about their relationship, but he knew it.
“She was very much like the kind of girl I went to high school with,” said Affleck. “It was a socially mixed and ethically mixed place. These differences that surprised America made no sense to me. ”
Jennifer Lopez moved on but the media did not
Paparazzi still camp out to take pictures of Affleck. Here’s a recent man.
“To this day they go, ‘I see you out there in the paparazzi and the pictures,'” Affleck said. “I left the house and took out the rubbish. As when you leave your house, you only do so in the hope that you can be so lucky that you could end up as the sixth thing in the Daily Mail. It’s convenient. ”
