Anne Hathaway Rejected ‘Knocked Up’ Over Graphic Scene

Judd Apatow is a director responsible for many popular comedies over the years. It was one of the greatest films he helped create Knocked up, a brutal, brutal comedy that went down on concepts like parenting, pregnancy, childbirth, and family.

Katherine Heigl was in ‘Knocked Up’

Knocked up critics and fans received a warm welcome, with many praising the sleek writing and heartfelt interactions between the characters. The film also opened up some conversations across the country about the nature of unexpected pregnancies and the different ways in which couples could deal with them. Heigl, played by Alison, received special praise for her work in the film.

Heigl was famous at the time for her work in medical drama Anatomy Gray. Her role in Knocked up she helped lead him to film stardom, and the actress successfully transitioned from television to Hollywood.

Another star had a problem with some of the content featured in it Knocked up, though not in the same way as Heigl. Anne Hathaway, who rose to fame in The Princess’s Diary, offering Alison a role before Heigl was thrown.

Reportedly, while she liked the comedy in the film, she had a problem with the children’s graphic birth scene. As Hathaway later explained Allure: “My problem with not experiencing motherhood was myself, not knowing how I felt on the other side about giving birth. And at least, ”she said,“ I could put a child out and think, Oh, well, I should have made that film. ”

These days, Hathaway is the mother of two young boys, so she may have felt very differently about the role in which she turned down Knocked up.
