In an interview with James Corden in 2020
Starting on the heels of their Grammy 2020 performance with Lil Nas X, BTS members talked about his experience The Late Late Show by James Corden. James Corden asked them what the night was like and each member shared how special it was.
“Next year, we’ll be doing BTS: Phase Two,” Suga said. Some fans hoped that would work again, but others hoped it meant they would eventually get a name. Half of that statement has already been completed.
For most of November and December 2020, Suga has been absent from group interviews and performances due to shoulder surgery and recovery time.
That didn’t stop the actors from dreaming, though. During one interview with Vanity Fair, Jimin said he thinks they could win in the division allotted to them.
While it may be almost, BTS will be returning to the Grammy Awards in 2021, this time with their first nomination in the Pop Duo / Best Group Performance category.
