Black Panther star, Chadwick Boseman receives posthumous Golden Globe nominations

Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman, who died after a private battle with colon cancer, has later been named for his role in the Netflix film “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.”

The nominees for the 2021 Golden Globe Awards, celebrating the best in television and film, were announced Wednesday.

The 43-year-old was nominated for best actor performance in drama.

Boseman died during the post-production of the film, which was directed by George C. Wolfe.
