Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has also appealed to the Ghanaian government to force justice with mercy.
Claiming to be released on her Instagram page, Tonto said while the photo was classless and she could never do it, there’s not enough reason to jai the actress.
Her post reads, “One thing they always say is that no one can tell a Mother how to raise her baby. It will only be a society’s duty when you hurt the child.
“In this case I don’t see any injuries here, Can I take the same picture? No, not even in the next life but I mean differently the Act is completely wrong when it is only in the privacy of your home.
“But are the pictures morally wrong? YES.
“No class? Yes Sir but isn’t he bad enough to go to jail? I don’t think so. ”
The mother of one appealed to Nigerians to sign a petition for the release of Akuampe Polo.
“Dear Nigerians please show some Love and support, let us complete this petition document and get our daughter back home,” wrote Tonto Dikeh.
